SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there is something wrong with your purchase, you may file a return/exchange request. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

SHIPPING

icerivermining.com is committed to bring our products to everyone in the world. Our service delivers to most countries in the world and is dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs.

  • Once the payment has been received in full and such has been confirmed by İceriverMining, please allow up to two weeks of processing time. Processing time depends on which location of ours is shipping the order. 
  • Once the order is processed and shipped, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Delivery times are calculated by carrier and shipping method. 
  • A tracking number will be shared with you via your preferred means of communication. We will send updates to you on your order if you opt in for such notifications.
  • Please note that the product price shown on site does NOT include shipping costs, taxes or any other duties  relating to customs or domestic fees. Your shipping cost will calculated and shown to you during Checkout. Shipping cost is based on the carrier, product weight, product size among other factors.
  • Our responsibility of the condition of product will cease once the product has been handed over to the carrier. In case of any damage claims, you will need to contact the carrier directly. 
  • In case the shipment is returned to us and is considered ‘Undeliverable’ for any reason, we will make arrangements to ship it to you again. Please note that any additional fees or charges incurred in this process will be passed back to you.
  • For added protection, you may choose to purchase insurance from the carrier at your own discretion.

RETURNS

*All sales are final and non-refundable.

– Damage in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within three (3) days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the return item received in our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement unit.

– Item Missing or Incorrect Item
If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us within three (3) days, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
